Tracking Audit. Trust your numbers again.
We debug your tracking end-to-end — Google Ads, GA4, Microsoft UET, Meta CAPI, consent mode, server-side, the lot. You get a clear report on what's broken, why your numbers don't reconcile, and what it's costing you.
Built for tracking audit that actually need to move the needle.
Concrete deliverables. No fluff, no slideware.
Every output below is something you keep — a document, a fix, a system, a decision. Nothing is ‘discovery findings’ that vanish at the end of the engagement.
Network capture & audit
We replay key user journeys (PDP → cart → checkout → purchase) and capture every tracking pixel firing. Every parameter checked.
GTM container review
Every tag, trigger, and variable reviewed. Misfires, duplicates, missing consent gating, and stale tags flagged with fixes.
Consent mode v2 validation
Verify default-deny, granted-after-consent flow, ad_user_data and ad_personalization signals. Includes ICO compliance check.
Google Ads conversions reconciliation
Ads conversions vs GA4 vs back-office — the 3-way reconcile with the source of every discrepancy explained.
Microsoft UET deep-dive
Often the most-broken layer. asc consent parameter, dynamic remarketing parameters, server-side support, all checked.
Meta CAPI / Pixel parity
Browser pixel + Conversions API parity, event match quality, deduplication, advanced matching coverage.
Item-level / basket data
Whether your purchase events carry the right items, IDs, prices, and quantities — vital for ROAS and Performance Max.
Report + remediation plan
PDF with every issue, severity, fix, and impact. Implementation quote optional, retainer subscription optional.
What changes in your business.
You stop arguing about whose number is right. Every conversion you should be capturing is captured, every conversion you're double-counting is removed, and your platform reports finally reconcile to your back office within ±2%.
The downstream effect: smarter bidding, better Performance Max signal, defensible attribution conversations, and no more ‘it's the tracking’ excuses.
A clear, predictable process.
Brief & access
30-minute call. We confirm scope (which platforms, which journeys, server-side or browser-side) and get GTM/Ads/GA4 access.
Capture & audit
We replay the buying journeys, capture network calls, and run the GTM/Ads/UET/Meta deep-dives. 3–7 working days depending on scope.
Report + walk-through
We send the draft report and book a walk-through with you and your developer. Every fix explained, every priority confirmed.
Implementation (optional)
From £390 — we implement the fixes ourselves through GTM, server-side container, or platform settings. You sign off on each change.
Ongoing maintenance (optional)
From £150/month — we monitor tracking health, validate after platform updates, and prevent regressions. Roadmap included.

Indicative price. Final quote tailored.
We can't give a single fixed price for every business — what's straightforward for one client is complex for another. The figure below is the floor; your final quote depends on the variables underneath it.
From
We debug your tracking end-to-end — Google Ads, GA4, Microsoft UET, Meta CAPI, consent mode, server-side, the lot.
What changes the final price
- Number of platforms: Google Ads + GA4 only is the floor. Add Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, server-side and the scope grows.
- Server-side complexity: auditing a server-side container, OWA, or stape.io setup adds days vs a browser-only setup.
- Catalogue size: item-level data validation across 10,000 SKUs takes longer than 100.
- Implementation depth: £390 is the floor for typical fixes. A consent-mode rebuild or server-side migration is quoted separately.
- Subscription level: the ongoing retainer scales by number of platforms monitored and frequency of validation.
The questions businesses actually ask.
Will you tell us our numbers are wrong on a call before we pay?
We'll do a 15-minute eyeball check on a discovery call — if everything looks fine, we'll tell you and there's nothing to buy. The £250 is for the proper audit.
Do you fix Microsoft UET issues specifically?
Yes. Microsoft tracking is one of our most common findings — asc consent parameter, missing search-term targeting tags, broken dynamic remarketing. We've published the technical reference for it.
Do you support server-side tracking?
Yes — including stape.io, GA Server-Side Container, and bespoke setups. Pricing scales accordingly.
Can you do this without our developer's involvement?
For the audit, yes. For implementation we usually need either developer access or your permission to act through GTM and platform settings.
What's in the £150/month subscription?
Monthly tracking health check, alerts when conversions drop unexpectedly, validation after every Google/Microsoft/Meta platform change, and a quarterly review call. It prevents regressions — which is the most expensive kind of broken tracking.
