We can't give a single fixed price for every business — what's straightforward for one client is complex for another. The figure below is the floor; your final quote depends on the variables underneath it.

What changes the final price
- Number of platforms covered: the £500/month floor covers 2 platforms (typically Instagram + one other). Each additional platform adds a fee.
- Volume of content reviewed: 20 pieces/month is the floor. Brands posting 5+ times a day need a higher tier.
- Response speed expected: the floor includes ‘same business day’ Slack response. Hourly response or weekend cover priced higher.
- Whether we also produce content: coaching is included. If you want us writing or designing posts, that's an additional production retainer.
- Brand complexity: single-brand vs multi-brand voice management.

Not at the £500 tier — that's coaching and review. If you want us posting, see the social ecosystem setup or we can quote a content production retainer separately.
Which platforms do you cover?
Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads. The £500 floor covers 2. We don't currently support Snapchat or X (Twitter).
Do we need to be running paid social with you?
No, but it's where this service is most powerful — we can sequence organic and paid for combined effect. Standalone organic clients are very welcome.
What if our content needs major brand work first?
We'll tell you. If your brand voice or visual identity needs sharpening, we'd recommend the social ecosystem setup as a one-off project before, or alongside, the monthly support.
Can the team behind this be just one person?
Yes — most engagements are with one or two-person in-house teams. We're explicitly designed to support that scale of resource.
