Day 1 – 27th July 2009 – Calais to Montelimar

Straight down the centre of France. Depending on time calculations there may be a quick blast into the middle of Paris. The key to this first day is speed. It should take 1 day to get to Southern France.

The question is what time will the biys arrive in Montelimar??

Day 2 – 28th July 2009 – Montelimar to Menton

The next leg takes the car and the boys curling around Central and Southern France to the sea in South East France on the Italian boarder (via Monaco for a stop over of course!)

The car at this point should be holding up well and the smell of Italy looms, but again;

When will the team arrive in the small town of Menton??

Day 3 – 29th July 2009 – Menton to the East Italian Coast

This leg will be tough as the car plows from the Italian boarder to the Eastern coast and Venice.

Breaking through the highlights and then the East Italian lowlands scenery will be spectacular, but the race will be well and truly on.

The exact ending of this trip will need to be determined by how long it takes to cross the country, making it even more difficult to guess when they will finish… The cars will not race into the night, which is a good indication.

When will the car and team reach the East Italian coast on day 3??

Day 4: Challenge Day!

Today is slightly different. The team and car will be pushed to it’s limits as the team have to complete a surprise challenge that will see whether the motor or they are knackered!

Check out their profile and see if you think these guys are tough enough!

Will be be a drag race or a race to the centre of Venice carrying their spare tyre!? We will let you know how they go and what it is the day after!

Will they succeed in completing the challenge??

Day 5 – 31st July 2009 – Sottomarina to Rome

There are many miles to cover in this last day of the race…. If the car is knackered by this point the team may not make it to the finish, but we have faith they will make it to Rome where they can collect the grand prize of a bag of fresh Italian coffee mmmm mmmm.

they will head straight for the A13 Autostrada and then the A1 to Rome. Towards Naples, and take a right after 45 minutes. Job done.

The question remains however…

What time will the car make it to the finish line …. and will they!??
