COFFEE MARKETING BUSINESS PARTNER REQUIRED!
Summary:
Despite being a small startup social marketing consultancy, Coffee Marketing has grown significantly since it began in September 2008 and has a huge opportunity for growth.
The organisational structure adopts a fully flexible network model and with excellent Industry contacts are in prime position to be the social marketing agency of the future. Having secured two new large clients plus a strong pipeline mean we need support at the top level of the business to manage growth and take the business to the next level. There is plenty of scope for the right person to help the company achieve its aims and reap large rewards.
Responsibilities:
- Joint development, implementation and owning the Coffee Marketing growth strategy.
- Managing Coffee Marketing’s P&L to monitor profitability and cash flow.
- Key account management overseeing major client campaigns.
- Supporting the growth of the team and ensuring exceptional quality of delivery is maintained across different marketing functions.
- Ensuring client campaigns, budgets and deadlines are met.
- Ensuring consistency of brand and marketing activity across different business units.
- Introducing and securing partner deals with appropriate remuneration structures.
- Tracking and analysing competitor and market trends.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years experience within the digital/ social marketing industry.
- Minimum 1 years experience in direct personnel management
- Degree within business or marketing discipline, or intermediate level CIM certificate.
- Extensive client facing and project management experience essential
Personal Attributes:
- Bags of entrepreneurial spirit and a natural flair for business.
- Strong all-around marketing skills and knowledge.
- Sound financial skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A strategic mind combined with a passionate future vision of the marketing industry

Ok, so what do you need from me?
• Someone who is proactive and willing to learn and get stuck in!
• You must live in the UK and be able to work from home on flexible hours (generally 9:30am – 5pm)
• Strong communication and creative writing skills (your English must be fluent and accurate).
• Effective at researching information online and analysing data
• A passion for digital marketing, using social networks and truly understanding the latest tips and tricks in social marketing

SOCIAL MARKETING PRODEGY REQUIRED!
Brief:
Although we were only established in 2008, with 5 years active experience thinking up and running social media campaigns we are growing quickly. With new clients being added every month, Coffee Marketing Consultancy now requires a Social Media evangelist to help execute social marketing campaigns.
Opportunity:
• To increase your knowledge on all things relating to marketing using social media.
• Take on responsibility for communicating across numerous Social Networks that will further your career.
• Learn how to use industry standard tools and metrics.
• Become known in the Industry for your work and via the Coffee Marketing website with active promotion.
• Able to work from home!
• Salary depends on current experience and availability.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of PR and marketing practice (especially press releases).
• Proficient at typing; comfortable writing up notes.
• Strong communications skills (including English as your first language).
• An avid fan of social networks and the Internet in general.
• Someone hungry to learn and develop as a Social marketer.
• Preferrably London-based, but can work from home (UK based is a must)
